Dance Company

Son Life Dance Company was established in 1984 by Pastor Patti Amsden. Currently, there are fifteen active members of the Dance Company. Pastor Patti introduced a multi-level system of training that was based upon Israeli folk dance and scriptural knowledge of dance. The same system is still in use today. However, the company has expanded its training beyond Israeli folk dance to also include ballet, modern dance, jazz, mime, and pageantry aids such as banners, flags, streamers, and tambourines.

Besides ministering weekly at the Sunday morning service and the Thursday evening service of Son Life Church, the Dance Company also hosts workshops nation-wide and has ministered in Maylasia, China, Mexico and Costa Rica.

Currently, Karen Woolard is the deacon of the Dance Company and Deedra Mager manages and choreographs for the troupe. Lee Ann Conner & Gayla Kreamalmeyer, help to lead the company through mentoring new dancers in areas of technique, spiritual guidance, and testing through the dance levels.
